Hyrox

Affiliated Hyrox gym - Hyrox training is built around race-style fitness, combining running with functional movements to improve endurance, pacing, and overall performance in a competitive environment.

Engine

Endurance sessions built to compliment Functional Fitness & Hyrox. Varies from conditioning work on ergs to barbell cycling.

Olympic Lifting

6-8 week lifting blocks focusing on Snatch & Clean/Jerk with accessory pieces built around the focus for that block

At The Fen Pack, everything is built around high quality coaching and a welcoming and supportive community. We know how important training is for everyone and want there to be as few a barriers as possible, therefore little ones an furry friends are all welcome!

With high quality programming, it's designed with purpose and means you don't need to figure out things on your own. This means you get maximum return on your time spent in the gym.

We've created a space where performance and community work together. You'll train hard, but you'll never feel like you're doing it alone. There is also plenty of opportunity to hang out with the community outside of workouts with organised social events throughout the year.

With both classes and open gym running throughout the day, you has the flexibility to train in a way that works for you. - which means you get your best hour of your day in, regardless of your work or personal schedule.
